Mango Bliss

Mangos are tasty, sweet and full of vitamins C, A, B6, along with natural fiber to keep you feeling full and reduce the risk of colon cancer.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango juice (bottled is fine)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mangoes – cubed

Directions:

  1. Set your Vitamix to variable 1.
  2. Turn your Vitamix on, and gradually move up to variable 10, once at variable 10 switch to High.
  3. Blend this tasty smoothie on high for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
