- 1 cup mango juice (bottled is fine)
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup mangoes – cubed
- Set your Vitamix to variable 1.
- Turn your Vitamix on, and gradually move up to variable 10, once at variable 10 switch to High.
- Blend this tasty smoothie on high for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
