Oysters Sous Vide

Oyster lovers rejoice! This recipe will have you devouring your favorite treat sous vide style.

Servings: 4 – 8
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 25 Blue Point Oysters, raw and unshucked
  • Horseradish, for serving
  • Tabasco, for serving
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat your water bath to 185°F.
  2. Line vacuum bag with aluminum foil, so the oyster shell does not pierce the pouch.
  3. Vacuum seal.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove oysters from the pouch and serve with horseradish, tabasco, and lemon wedges.
