Red Plum Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 9 frozen plums, pitted and quartered
  • 1/3 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Place a large mixing bowl under the Yonanas chute and push the plums through.
  2. Add cardamon powder, honey and lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until smooth to blend the flavors.
  4. Spoon into individual bowls.
  5. Freeze leftovers in an airtight container.
